Yeah, it should be very interesting! I'd been mulling over colors for quite some time, and thought I had picked out a color (some sort of silver metallic), but when I saw this color, I fell in love with it. I'm not normally a fan of green, but this one just kind of pops.

I forgot to mention in my post earlier, good job on the paint. It came a long way from when you took ownership of it.

be prepared to wax those wheels every week or else they'll rust. That's why we got rid of the set we had, didn't matter if it was winter, summer, or what they'd rust in a week if they weren't washed and waxed.

Yeah, I had planned on it. I figured the chrome would be cheap, considering the price. These really are just "temporary" wheels until I can step up to something nicer. Just wanted something that looked better than rusty/scratched rallies.

I know exactly what you mean, was the same for us. My dad put my cragar ss wheels on his truck after I sold my mcss, then I sold his nomad's to a guy with a 94 chevy.

Not a whole lot yet, as I'm in the process of buying a house, which means no money and no time, haha. I will at least have a garage to work in once we close though (on December 27th)!

I did find two doors with outer skins in decent condition, but the lower portions have a little rust. If I can't use them, I'm not out much, since I got them for free. I'm hoping that, if anything, I can maybe use a partial doorskin to fix mine.

those aren't stock seats. They appear to be what I would call conversion company seats.

Thanks! Too bad you aren't closer, I'd trade you! I'm actually looking to find a bench seat for my truck. With the headrests on these seats, you can't recline the seat very much without scooting way forward, and I'm a long legged fellow, so it makes it a bit uncomfortable at times.
