Putco makes a few models that are claimed to fit the 61-66 Chevy trucks, but I haven’t had any luck finding information on dimensions or how they are attached:

When I was looking for bed rails I thought most of the newer designs looked too much like handicap shower handles. Thanks to one of the forum members I finally discovered the Perry Craft Mini Tube style, which was as close as I could find to the original accessory models offered when our trucks were new:

Everything is made of stainless steel, but they do require drilling to install. Here's what they look like on my truck:
