I'm having a door problem

Ok, when I first got my truck the piece that goes on the inside of the door to keep it shut was not installed, so I installed it and the door would latch and stay latched, but not completely shut. You can still wiggle it back and forth like you had barely shut it or something. So while digging through my truck I found another one I thought may have been purchased for that reason, so I swapped them out and is still does the same thing, latches but don't shut all the way. So if somebody can please tell me what the heck is up with this thing or atleast how to fix it, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

Re: I'm having a door problem

Try moving your striker out a bit. If it's in too far the latch will have trouble grabbing the second click.
