Couple of pics after paint (opinions requested)
I just got my truck back from paint and thought I'd share. I like it a lot. I still have to put new trim on the front and a little stuff here and there. I am going to put a bed cover on it too. One of the things I don't know if I should do or not is put chrome fender trim and/or a pinstrip on it. I was thinking of adding a pinstripe that matches the wheels, but I kinda like it how it is. Anyway, let me know what you think. Thanks!

Looks NICE! The back needs to come down a tad to make it look even better.
Personally, I would have left off the fender emblems, they distract my eyes too much from the rest of the truck. Just my .02

I like chrome fender trim, we put stock style back on but the wider stuff is nice too.

Re: Couple of pics after paint (opinions requested)
The pinstripe would look great as well as the fender trim, and maybe a set of stainless bed rail covers with the matching tailgate cover. I typically see them on lifted trucks, but I imagine it would look great on a lowered one if it's as clean as yours. Love the white!

Re: Couple of pics after paint (opinions requested)
Thanks all! I am definitely going lower in the back. I've had the hangers for about 2 years, but haven't had the time/tools to put them on. The 338's fit fine because I have the lite duty brakes. I think I'll stick with the bed cover for now. I'll see how I feel after a few days/weeks before adding anything else.

Re: Couple of pics after paint (opinions requested)
No, NO pin stripe, No fender trim, Take off the fender emblems. Look sharp and clean the way it is. No bed cover eather, and the sport mirrors would have been cool looking but thats a little to late

Re: Couple of pics after paint (opinions requested)
I think a pinstripe that matched the wheels would be a nice addition. Not a big stripe, but something to breakup all the white on the truck.
Looks good!! |
