Throttle-by-wire Pedal mounts

Anyone know of a manufacturer making mounts for these TBW gas pedals? This is an LS3 installation in a 65 2wd short bed. Or, if you have made one, can you send photos? Thanks.

I just fabbed up a piece of metal with a couple of bolts through it and then welded it to the fire wall after checking all of the interferances.

This is a little different pedal than yours, but the concept is the same. On both of these I used the truck's original pedal.

This was the first attempt. I later found out they sent me the wrong pedal.

Here is how I did mine:
First, I removed the electronic stuff (potentiometer?)
Next, cut the pedal per 'glock'
Heated and straightened the lower portion of the pedal
Mocked and welded the two pieces back together
Reinstalled electronics and bolted to original position

Works like a champ!

I have a 71 chev PU and the donor vehicle was a 2001 GMC Suburban. I used the metal base for the factory pedal on the 71 and welded it to the back of the suburban pedal for added support. Then I drilled through the mounting holes on the 71 metal plate through the back of the mounting plate on the suburban pedal so that the holes lined up. I cut all of the pedal arm off of the suburban except for a few inches I would need to mount the 71 pedal arm to it. I then cut the 71 pedal arm and bent it to where it would be in the same position on the suburban base as it was on the 71 base and welded it to the short piece of arm on the suburban pedal. It worked perfect. The pedal bolted up to the factory holes on the 71. I used 1/4 allen head bolts to mount the pedal.

Post #121 on my build thread shows how I mounted mine. I just made a few plates out of steel, drilled holes for the new pedal mount and the stock pedal mount, and then welded them together. It seems a lot easier than what I have seen so far. It also gave me some adjustibility in the pedal position. My build thread is in my sig.
