Power window/Lock conversion

I currently have manual doors that need new regulators (badly). My orginal doors are in great shape. I also have a set of electric doors that will need extensive body work. Would I be off putting new skins on the electric doors or converting my manuals to electric? Also how difficult is it to make the manuals into electric.

I have converted some to electric. Is is a bolt in on the doors. Where to wires go through the door jams you will find dimples where all the holes are to be located.
