I would check out this FAQ if you haven't already. It has a lot of info for this swap.

You should probably check with CPP about the spindle. You may need to change your ball joints and tie rod arms.

Also, to convert to 5 lugs in the rear you will need to convert the axles to 5 lug. A few ways to accomplish this are getting a complete donor rear end from 71-72, aftermarket 5 lug conversion axles or redrilling your axles for 5 lug
