a friend of mine did one in a car i had and used the 3m glue and let it sit out in the texas heat for about 4 hours after he did it and it was still good when i sold it 4 years later

I actually used a small plastic trowel. You could use whatever you want roller or brush would probably work fine. I scraped all the old foam off with this trowel too.

Pulled one out of a K5 at the yard with zero rot on the cardboard. I think it will be too much work to modify it to fit a standard cab but, I may give it a try........
