If anyone has bought any from lmc or brothers or someplace, how are they? Id rather buy an original working one than a reproduction.

Re: headlight switch repro's
I bought a new headlight switch at O'reilly's. Works great, should be able to pick one up at a local parts house no problem.

Re: headlight switch repro's
If you do the headlight relay mod, the new switch should outlast the truck...

Quote:
Your stock wiring is too small which causes too much heat which is hard on the switch. Search this forum for 'headlight relay upgrade' and do the upgrade now. You'll get more light out of your headlights and you'll be replacing your switch for the last time.

I got mine from NAPA. I check with them first on all parts.

Re: headlight switch repro's
It's the one thing I haven't replaced yet on my truck.
But... if I needed to, I would just get one from a junker for about $1.00
