rear sway bar

Can you run them with airbags on trailling arms?

Yup. Just may inhibit side-to-side motion, if that's something you're into. Will have to be sure to check your clearances and such to accommodate your increased travel with bags vs coils...

It would make a big difference. Sway bars are the biggest "bang-for-the-buck" suspension change you can make. Just make sure that the bar 'link' ends dont bind up as the air suspenson travels to it's limits.

Agree completely! I just think most of the time guys overlook the rear since adding a front swaybar or changing to a better front swaybar makes for a more noticeable change overall, and typically on a RWD vehicle you will want more swaybar on the front than the rear for the lateral grip going into a turn.
