alignment help...
I have a 72 Suburban with a porterbuilt front and rear drop member (check out my build thread from more info). I'm running into a problem while trying to align it. At ride height, I am within 1/16. However, when I air it all of the the way out, the driver's side moves forward a 1/2". I'm stumped. I realize its more important to have everything good at ride height but its making it a little hard to make my fenders. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The only thing I can come up with is the panhard bar has something to do with it.

Re: alignment help...
I suggest an email, PM or call to Nate. He will be able to address your concerns rather quickly.

Yes, I have the trailing arm kit. I'm still thinking the panhard bar is what does it and its just the nature of the beast. I was hoping others would either say its normal to do that or I fed up somewhere.

Re: alignment help...
If I remember right i was told to set the rear bag perches on the axle at ride height(5") in my case but parallel to the ground and then make sure the axle is centered to the notch when fully compressed if not you can adjust the panhard for left to right and the trailing arms for front to back to get it exactly where you need it at. when aligning it, at ride height is correct as thats where you will be driving majority of the time, but when on the ground the wheels will be centered for that perfect look. Naturally with the kick up on the trailing arms they will move foward and the truck drops about 1/4". I just think that with some minor adjustments you can get it right where you want it. Let me know how it goes, the Burb looks great!!!
