Floor Insulation

what isulation should i put down in the floor of my truck before i lay down the carpet?i am thinking 2 layers since i will have wires running under the carpet and i do not want them visibile. any suggestions

There is a thread in the paint & body section discussing this. Something that was pointed out was using a spray in bedliner that is on Ebay called Rattle gaurd. $78 plus $20 for teh gun with shipping I think it came out to about $130. I'm looking at getting some to do my bed and the floorboard of the cab. Here's the link to it.
