Been running it for awhile now (4years). No problems at all.

If I was to buy another crate motor and had more money I would either get the 350HO or the ZZ4. There is a pretty good price difference though.

Been running it now for about 3 months. Changed the cam in it, added Pro-form HEI, Edelbrock performer EPS and 600 carb. With 2.73 open rear end, good enough for a best of 16.10 in the 1/4.

When I was out searching for my current ride I ran into a couple with goodwrench crate motors in them all seem to run ok but noticed oil leaks on every one maybe just a fluke but thought I should metion it.

There's no oil leaks on mine. But of course, I have replaced every gasket on it. Not because of leaks, because of changing everything on the engine. Only thing left of my original engine is the short block, except for the cam. It's been changed too.

Although, now that you mention it, I did have a rear main seal leak. Put in a Felpro seal and fixed that. Heck, why not, it was easy when the pan was off anyway.

Mine has a small oil leak too. ANthony, yes I had a 98 350 long block with Vortec heads for sale about 3 months ago. I was gonna use it to build a 383, but at the time I did not have that much money to build it, so I bought the goodwrench engine. Yeah I have been to No Problem. that place is 200 times better than State Capitol, it's just so far from here. About an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. But it is worth the drive. We need to hook up one night and go down there. I've been to the last 2 midnight drags they have had. They have another coming up in a couple of weeks and if I have my new gears in I will be going.
