I have a 77 C20. I am putting in a new 350 and looking at replacing the 465 with a NP833. I want the overdrive and stay a manual. I can live without the granny gear. I am keeping the manual clutch (not going hydraulic).

I have a chance to grab a 2-piece driveshaft from a 78 C20 that has a 350 and TH350.

Does anyone know, would that be the right length for the NP833? Or should I just wait and see when the NP833 gets here.
