hey everybody this is flames on a 69 truck, my 69 truck, go to the website and click on the click here button and you will download the movie=http://www.hotrodsetc.net/flamemerc.html
but i can tell you one thing, i can't use it very often because i found out that the box you hav to put on the truck to do it cuts the ignition so freeflowing gas goes through the engine to the pipes, and what the does is ruin the cylinder walls, and the piston rings after a while, and it burns more oil

Here is another flame-thrower video.
The tailpipes are routed through the center of the taillights.....pretty cool.
It's a '54 Ford Customline sedan and it's powered by a Caddy big block.

I'm gonna do one for mine eventually like jer and jeff5150 said. The only difference is I'm going to see if there's a safe way to spray in another type of fuel, like setting up a propane injection setup right into the exhaust in front of the spark plug using those portable gas grill and Coleman lantern tanks. My only concern is exhaust heat getting into the lines and either destroying the lines, or igniting the fluid left in the lines when not using it. Looks like I'll need to rig up a purge system also.

can i just take a hot wire off of my battery, wire it to a toggle swicth, and then to a spark plug in the exhaust? will this work?? i think flames are awwsome. nobody in this town has ever seen anything like that. i have a rebuilt 350 with big cam, headers, flat tops, larger valves. will this work well with dual exhaust?
thanx dale
