underbody paint
Just got a 69 C10 and am going to do a mild rebuild. Had underbody steam cleaned an now want to paint underbody and under hood. Probably just do it with spray cans. Can anyone recomend a good rust inhibiting paint. Dont want to disassemble entire body.

Re: underbody paint
In a autobody forum they use zero rust only, they say it works the best.

Re: underbody paint
I used Dupli-Color "Truck Bed Coating", part # TRQ 250. It is a durable, high-impact, vinyl polymer coating that protects the body from impact, scratches, weather, rust and fading. It also reduces road noise. You can apply it with a brush like por-15.
