Blower motor weak?
Just fixed my a/c and swapped the blower motor while at it. New one blows just as weak as the old one. I remember my 87 blowing hard. This is in the 89 Jimmy. Could it be wiring or something else? Raining here now so I can't really look. Ideas appreciated.

Re: Blower motor weak?
Could be where your blower is pulling juice from. Dont go to spliced sources rather tap the main power power source. Those things are touchy. If it demands 9-12 volts of juice and its only getting 7.4V for some reason, it wont blow as good as it could. JUst a previous expirience/idea.
Good Luck. |

Re: Blower motor weak?
I just plugged the factory connector back in. Didn't do any wiring myself.

Re: Blower motor weak?
might try replacing the blower motor resistors. I recently did because medium speed didn't work. With the new resistors high speed is a lot better.
