Nothing wrong with No paper work. I got 2 project with bill of sales. They are mine and nobody can take them from me I will tell you that.

all depends on what state ya live in.... here in AZ.. you could spend a few bucks and fill out some paper work... give it a little time and it will either be yours with a clear title or it wont be......

I realize that....but it doesn't work that way here. An out-of-state buyer can certainly get a bargain.

Building up for my 15 yr old. (He is on his last weekend at drivers Ed.)

I found a SWB with 4 wheel disc brakes and 95' surburban 454 / 4L80E that is going to this baby.

I have also picked up vehicles with no paperwork, but filed liens for storage and in a few weeks i get a lien sale date or if some owner appears, i get my money back. a dozen or so lien sales and only a couple of owners have called, but no one wanted to pay. sold the vehicles to myself and dmv issued titles, a couple of times waved the back fees. (they were going to charge the old owner)
