are the cab lights on the white roof an after the fact factory installed light or an after market light there it no flat spot in the roof like on the orange cab that are the factory lights any info would help please and thank you

the white roof lights i believe are aftermarket. 67-68 trucks didn't have the raised roof lights. my 67 below has factory installed marker lights and there on the spid. 69-72 i believe would have had the raised part from factory but dealers may have still installed the 67 68 style on 69-72's.

its a 72 cab and there not listed on the spid but yet neither is the cruise control this truck has on it and the cab is from a 3/4 ton truck

The lights on the GMC are what my Truck Data Book describes, with the chrome body and amber lenses. The pix in the top post are aftermarket. But, the pic with the lights attached to the raised mounts have to be factory, without a doubt. The chrome body/amber lenses were a dealer-installed variety.

in 72 (and possibly 71) there was no fa tory cruise, it was dealer installed.
