Racedaddy, sweet looking truck! OK, found another wheel, on it's way. Thanks. You got any other parts? I see you are close by in 'Bama land.

Re: WTB..60-66 steering column shaft

My truck is a 66 c10 and it came with a 60s impala steering wheel and shaft. I had plans to do a underneath gas tank, but I've decided to go back to the behing the seat tank. I ws wondering since this impala wheel seems to be to close to me, when using a bench seat would an original steering wheel and shaft would be shorter? also could I use a different style seat in stead of the bench seat Thanks Jeff

Why don't you just adjust the position of the Impala column? Mine is from a '64 Impala.

i have a tilt column that i would swap even for a 65 column and wheel. its collapsible at the pump so you can adjust how close you want it in the cab.
i prefer my interior to look more oem.heres a pic if anyone is interested...
