Factory Antenna cable
Can someone please show or tell me how the factory routed the antenna cable on a 66? I removed mine and was trying to reinstall but, believe it or not, I can't find the hole in the cowl. It's not on the right side near the extension, not sure where it is. Any help will be appreciated

Re: Factory Antenna cable
my 65 is pas side, slightly behind the fresh air vent and just above it. With the fenders/cowl piece off it's on the seam between the cowl/air vent. Hope that makes sense. I can get a picture if needed.

Re: Factory Antenna cable
My factory antenna looks a little different. The routing of the antenna in the diagram makes perfect sense, however, my truck doesn't have a hole there. It is a factory radio cab, I just didn't pay attention when I pulled the cable out. DB65, a picture may help if you don't mind. Thanks for the help!

Re: Factory Antenna cable
Here's a picture of inside and out. The inside looks like a blob of silicon is around the hole but it's actually a rubber grommet.
