The only reason we are building a truck for me is so I have one to drive. At my age I want a truck I can drive and enjoy the feeling of nostalgia, I guess. I drove these old trucks when I was young, not like some so I have memories of those simpler times in this country.
If I were younger and the economy was better I would build a truck for show, but it is not in the cards. I like to look at all the builds no matter what they are because I appreciate the time and effort people put into their trucks to make them their own. We do build trucks from time to time to sell to support my son's hobby of working on old trucks, but this year we as a family are building mine and one for one of my grandsons.

I like body color on the firewall, but black can look good aswell.
