Building stereo box. How to do curve?
Steroe box is going to look something like this.
How would i get the curve. I was going to build a box in the middle, and then use some type of flexible material for the corners i just dont want them to rattle when the bass hits. Any suggestions?

Yup...do as your saying and build the box, but leave room for a fiberglass cover. Then build the cover using fiberglass. Use something flexible as the base and then fiberglass to reinforce it and hold the shape.

Re: Building stereo box. How to do curve?
Just make the corner curve out of glass and the rest out of wood. If I ever get mine done, it will make sense. Mine will look similar, only with more curves.

Re: Building stereo box. How to do curve?
In most fiberglass boxes there is a wooden base structure and several smaller forming structures such as speaker rings. Fleece is streteched over the entire piece, then resin is soaked into the fleece.
Don't make it all one single piece. Make the center your largest piece, then each curve it's own piece. Otherwise, it will be a PITA to get it to fit into the cab, plus it allows you to add better anchor points for the box, and you can hide batteries (like I did) behind the panels.
