Re: tire size
My truck is not a reace truck, but I have 28" tall front tires. That is apporx the factory height for a stock 1/2 ton.

Re: tire size
If I were to build another truck[sigh][that I could afford] I would go with the 18" fronts that mickey T sells so not only could i run a tall narrow tire but also 13" discs to stop me.

Re: tire size
I have a 27 " front tire on my race truck. Keep in mind, if racing, the shorter tire will produce quicker reaction times, due to less roll out. We are putting 28" tires on 18" wheels on the front of my son's street truck. Depends what the truck's purpose is, racing, street, combined. Paul Baxter

Re: tire size
its a race truck and cruiser but just purely from a looks standpoint i would like the front to be a little higher so i will need a taller tire. im thinkin bout sellin the 7" and buyin 6" and run the 28x7.5" but i would rather jist find a tire that will work with what i got.
