Water pump question
I have a 1986 GMC c15 with a 350 that TPO put in and I'm putting a 1999 chevy tahoe serpentine system on. I have everything from the Tahoe, its all brand new accesories. My engine block on the passenger side has three holes in 2 for mounting and 1 below the mounting holes which i assume is a bypass hole. My question is the Tahoe water pump doesn't cover that hole do I just plug it and move on? Its a pre 1993 block . Most likely a 1970s truck block. Do they make a reverrse flowing waterpump with a bypass? Thanks

Re: Water pump question
I cannot remember all the holes, but this is my serpenttine setup from a 94 model 350 onto my older one. Maybe it will help.
