I've seen one in Houston, swb round eye stepside primer gray. Wish I knew how he did it.

was standard on c40 up big window was option

I think the best way would be to grab the sheet metal and window out of a medium duty cab and weld it into your light duty cab. The medium duty cabs have a different floor, firewall, etc so I'm not sure you can just drop one onto a light duty frame.
