Sheet metal, distributor

I picked up some leftover cab parts from another owner and am offering them here. All parts were purchased from Mill Supply. I would definitely prefer local pickup (Moorestown, NJ, zip 08057, close to Exit 4 on NJTP) but will ship as well. The boxes I have for these are trashed, so shipping costs may include new boxes (which I will try to scavenge or buy from the cheapest supplier). All prices are net of shipping.

Rocker panels and backing plates - $25/side or $40 for both sides SOLD

Floor pans - $30/side DRIVERS SIDE SOLD

Floor pan mounts - $10/pair SOLD

RH Cab corner - $20

If you want any combo of the above or the whole lot, make an offer.

Also I have a points-type distro with numbers to match a 71/72 pickup with 350 and manual trans (GM part number 1112046) listed on eBay -I will also sell it through this board if there are no bids yet - best offer:

Re: Sheet metal, distributor

Do you want both rockers or just the driver side? Also, do you want the floor pan mounts?

Re: Sheet metal, distributor

Darthwall, it seems that the floor pan is going to be too expensive to ship - must be the size of it. Parcel Post for the rockers and backing panels will be $22, Fedex Ground $28. Since you want both sides, I'll knock $10 off the price, so it would be $62 with shipping (Parcel Post) or $68 Fedex.

When I calculated shipping for the floor pan, given a 30x30x12 box (which it would take to ship the piece) I got $105 in shipping charges. If anyone out there knows how to ship sheet metal of this size more cheaply, please chime in.

Re: Sheet metal, distributor

If you are able to do local pickup, I will sell you the whole lot for $100. It's a 1 hour drive on 195/295 from you to me. Let me know.

Re: Sheet metal, distributor

Darthwall, based on the dimensions of the floor pan I cannot get it shipped for a reasonable price. The flange on the pan makes the box size too thick and sets off "dimensional weight". If you bought the other side from jurassic-1, that probably explains it, as that side has a smaller lip on it.

I'll still sell you the rockers if you want them. Let me know. Sorry about the delay.

Re: Sheet metal, distributor

Darthwall, will it work if I send you the part on the left of the red line? This is about 8" from the edge. I can definitely fit that in a box with the rockers. Otherwise I can try to make a box that will get within USPS's limits for the whole pan.

Re: Sheet metal, distributor

I believe they are replacement. Like I said above, I got these from someone else, I'm not a body expert. The Mill Supply part numbers are:

50-60-70 (which I cannot find in the current catalog)

50-60-76 LH/RH (which Mill Supply says are "OEM", not "slip-on")

If you need the picture in higher res, PM me your e-mail address.

Re: Sheet metal, distributor

I tried but they are too long for a Priority Flat Rate Box. I can send them Parcel Post for $15. If you can Paypal me right away I can get them out tomorrow (Saturday) otherwise I won't be able to ship again til Friday.

PM sent with Paypal address.
