Rearaxle question
I was looking at parts for my rearaxle (-86), did they change rear ends on the c-10īs from 77 up? what is the difference on axles pre 77?
I was looking at a axel the other day, the seller sayed it was from a -75 scottsdale, and to me it looked same as the one under my truck.

Should be pretty much the same except 12 bolt instead of 10. I am thinking you can unbolt one and stick the other in its place without an issue.

The only difference is it might have been a 12 bolt other then that it would be exactly the same

Okey, thanks guys. Then the axel he is selling must be from a later model truck, it is a 10 bolt just like mine.
