the 802879 production number is a tic misleading.
The 8xxxxx means it rolled off the second assembly line. So yours was the 2879th to roll off the second assembly line at that plant for the 69 model year. It is probably a very early production model, and if it is a CST, it is probably missing a couple CST pieces that showed up mid year. If there is a blue sticker in the drivers side door just usually close to the door latch in the jamb, it'll give the month of production. |
