Need help with ID part
I was wondering what the part circled in red is called and what purpose does it serve?

Oh ok, well I found one on a 70 3/4 ton at a junkyard. Since I had never seen one I decided to snatch it up lol!

Yep... only the inline 6's got them instead of a full shroud.

Hey Guys, Just tought i would throw this out there.the shield also serves as the 4 core raditor hold down if you dont have the correct brackets for 4 core. Bobby
