Ok here is what I tried but it doesn't really look that much better. Also the shock mounting hole is the same size as the hole in the relocator bracket so I am not sure that bolt from speedway motors will work.

I would call ECE and have them send you the studs/spacers. How are your uppers installed? Having them 'backwards' could cause this condition. Either way, the spacer is needed...
