83 water leak help

Evertime it rains they is water in the floor on the drivers side looks like it might be coming in from the top of the floorboard under the dash but not really sure ,any ideals ???

Agree with windshield. Worse case is the windshield area is rotted around the drain hole at bottom of windshield just before it starts to curve upwards. But try windshield leaking first.

Make sure all the body holes in your fire wall are plugged properly. Get someone to shine a trouble light on the fire wall for the engine compartment and you look from the inside and make sure you can't see any light. It is commen people will run wiring and not seal it properly.

Windshield (like mentioned) Mine had a foot long "hole" under the gasket. Could also be the cowl.

I had a similar issue and the door seals were bad.. i replaced the originals with aftermarkets and no more leaks

Put a hose on top of the truck and let it run...over the window then over the door and see if you can see where's it's coming in.

Door seals probably easier to replace than windshield seal
