V6 from 1967 GMC
I have in my possession a 1967 GMC V6 i've been told its a 305 and has a PO installed power steering set up on it.
ENgine is complete with Transmission 3 speed manual attached. Air cleaner to engine mounts (which are not good). ENgine turns over by hand. Have no idea if it actually runs. ENgine will only be sold complete. if not sold in a few weeks it will be added to the scrap load on my trailer. Asking 200 OBO I do not want to throw this away and will work with you. Located near College Station TX. Regards, Thomas

Re: V6 from 1967 GMC
I really dont want to part anything off the engine right now and it would take a lot for me to change my mind on this. Right now my interest is in clearing space in the barn.
If I do decide to change that I'll let you know. Too early right now in the process. Thomas

Re: V6 from 1967 GMC
I am interested in picking up that motor complete. I have a 62 GMC, and I'm wanting to have a spare motor to rebuild and install later on so there is no downtime on my truck. I'm in San Antonio, so it's only about 3 hours away. $200 is a fair price, I'll come with cash. I'm trying to arrange to come this Sunday(1-22-12), will you be free during the day Sunday? We can communicate more by phone 210-827-4282, David. Thanks

Re: V6 from 1967 GMC
David. I'll call you later this week. Engine and I are not in same location but PERHAPS I can bring to Austin. If you dont purchase though it's going to be taken to scrap yard.

Re: V6 from 1967 GMC
If you can drag it to Austin I will buy it for sure, I can see from the pictures that it is rough, but I plan on doing a complete rebuild, so it's not a deal breaker at all. We just have to figure out a way to get it into the bed of my truck and we are good to go.
