Anybody know if this is a good harness? Is it complete?

In addition, is there other aftermarket suburban wire harnesses available?

I can't speak to that ebay harness, but I installed an American Autowire "Classic Update Series" (67-72 Chevy Truck) harness on my burb, and it was absolutely one of the best mods I did on my resto. Awesome kit, factory plugs for everything, great directions, etc. The only thing you have to buy in addition to the kit is the tail light wiring (burb is different than truck). Good luck.

I wasn't sure if I could use the truck wiring harness...still trying to learn the differences

I personally went with the M and H wire harness for my burb.
Just like OEM.
Plus, if you wanted it set up for your HEI they do that.
They also offer it with the newer flat fuses, if you wanted to get away from the original glass tube style fuse panel.

Their tech support guy Darren is very helpful as well if you have questions.

The truck main harness does not have the large plug for the rear harness.

The ad says it is for a Suburban. I would suggest calling and see if it includes the rear air circuit.

Personally, I think that ebay harness is spendy. $399 is a bit much. I would go with a Painless or ez-wiring harness.
I installed a Painless 21-circuit 'universal' harness in my '57 pickup and it was also one of the best mods I ever did. I went that route after 2 'OEM type' harnesses crapped out due to upgrades to modernize my truck. I'm going to go this route again on my new '69 Burb. Money well spent with room to grow.
