New Turbo Rat 1st drive LOL

Hey at least is moving on it's own Ha Ha. I should have it on the road within 4 weeks. It's a 5.3/4l80e combo with a 80mm turbo.

Gonna have a build thread? Im pretty interested as i want to have either a turbo 4.8 or 5.3 in my 54.. Any chance of keeping your bucket seat lol?

I told my wife let's throw another bucket on her side & call it finished. She wouldn't go for it.

No build thread, if you have any questions ask away. Be aware that we build on a very tight budget, no fancy stuff.

My wife does all of he wiring & tuning but I have a pretty good understanding.
I do the fab. It's on an s10 with a ferd granada rear end.

mainly interested in how you routed all your turbo piping... what manifolds did you use? got any closeups of engine bay?

c6 manis upside down, turbo sets on top of engine on pass side, down pipe straight up through hood.

These old trucks have tons of room above the engine, even used the original 5.3 intake & still had plenty of room.

The 4" thick intercooler was tight, just hacked it into place with a plasma.

I don't have any pics yet.
