Cutting coils

It wont bounce beccause there wont be as much give to the spring. If are only going a 1/4 to 1/2 a coil you may not notice it, but you will notice more stiffness.

Lets just say, I will not do it again. I would either buy drop spindles or shorter uncut springs.

The PO of my 65 took a torch to the front coils to drop it. It worked also, but it changed the spring rate of the coils and the ride was terrible there too.
