Help with engine ID stamp

I have done a couple of searches and not sure I have come up with anything yet and thought I might see if one of you had any answers or places to steer me to.
I got the old engine "slightly" clean...enough anyway to see the ID stamp on the block. The numbers are 110200992 TO624CGO. That is at least what I think it said in the dark
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Help with engine ID stamp

I checked my chevy books and did not find a "CGO" , but did find a "CGC .
Which comes up as a pass full size car from 1971 with a 350/with 245hp!
Clean the pad better and see if this matches up?? Most truck #'s started with a "T" @ TKO TGH and so on.
You can check the back of the block for casting numbers, and also the head casting numbers!! It still a chevy!!!!

Double check the numbers, I think it's probably "CGC" which would be a 350 from a '71 camaro or chevelle.

Thanks guys! I will definitely recheck the numbers but I am sure it is a replacement engine. Just need to make sure what I have for the rebuild.
