I have no idea but with the right horn buttons and some refinishing they would be some nice looking wheels in older rigs.

I think those are Studebaker wheels. If I'm right they might be worth a few bucks to some Stude owner.

I'm going to try and fix them up. File, pc-7, sand, and paint?

Maybe just hang them on the wall in my garage or use one on my pickup, don't know yet?
