Question about mounting exterior visor

I have this exterior visor that came with my truck. I am wondering how I attach it? I think it looks like the middle clamp things hook on to the windshield center molding? The other other pic shows the sides. How and where do they attach? Anyone know what brand this looks like? I didn't see anything on it. Also, were the visors adjustable-move up and down?

Got any pictures from further back. The Fulton and OEM looked similar but your missing the side brackets.

Don't have anymore further back. I was trying to get those close ups :-) Thanks for those links though. I guess if there are some parts missing, maybe I can have something made? I really want that visor on! Here is one of the under side though.

i seen this style , attach to the rain gutter , if its the same style there is one on ebay for sale , he has directions with is ,, lol if i put a bid and win ill send you a copy

I saw that also while I was looking online. I just can't find one that has the same ends as mine. That's what makes me wonder if a piece is missing. Don't want to be going down the road and it fly off!
