Dumb q about mirrors

I was interested in putting sport mirrors on my 86
Replacing my "dumbos". I was wondering if they
used the same mounting holes or if they required
drilling new holes and filling the old?

Thanks for the replys.

Re: Dumb q about mirrors

you would have to drill new holes plus you would have to fill the old exposed holes, the big mirrors use 3 mounting holes....2 upper at each corner and one at the very bottom

Re: Dumb q about mirrors

Well that sucks. Oh well worth asking. They look
a whole hell of a lot better than the dumbos.
