I have gone through your build thread. Really nice work man. really nice. I think i may just go with the latches, and worry about the cable later. I may just use the cable that you did in your build. It would be a cool and 'easy' mod to have a small retractable steel cable apparatus, but i'm going to keep my project as simple as possible. Especially since all the welding is being done by a good friend, as i am in 'learning mode'!
