lifted 2007 classic 4x4 2500 HD

I just looked at a used truck I'm thinking about buying. The truck has a lift but as far as I can tell the front was just jacked by way of the torsion bar adjustment and the rear has about a 2" block with longer u bolts. The steering seamed a little loose compared to my 2000 3/4 ton which is bone stock as far as ride. What are the usual things to watch out for with this method of lift?

Check all suspension and steering components. Cranking the torsion bars is a cheap and easy way to lift those trucks, but cranking adds torsion and stress to all the suspension and steering parts. Also make sure it was aligned after they were cranked.
