Any problems with the maximum drop? Rear springs and blocks??

Trying to put 5" drop springs and 2" blocks on the back of my '70 long bed. Iv got a notch kit ready to go in. Im curious to know before hand, what kind of problems im going to run into. Do I need a shock relocator kit, that kind of thing. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks fellas

for a 7 in drop you will need to install the c notch, new shocks, shock relocators and an adjustable panhard bar.

I have 5" springs and 2" blocks on my 69 swb. No pinion angle problems.
