Every Which Way But Loose.

I`m thinking of repainting my 57 chevy pick up in the same color as the one

in "Every Which Way But Loose".

Does anyone know what the exact color as there are so many shades of

beige colors. Thanks.

Re: Every Which Way But Loose.

It's been over 30 years since I saw that movie and I had to look it up to even remember who was in it. Can't help on the color of the truck.

I have no idea what the color code is, I took the picture at a Teardrop gathering. Its my desktop photo.

May I suggest heading down to a auto body paint supply shop and go through the paint chip books. Be sure to take the page outside into the sunlight .

Same truck 2011 & some other vehicles.

Lighting really comes into play on color choice.

Re: Every Which Way But Loose.

Go to the local Toyota dealer and look at the color chart for the FJ cruiser. They have a color that comes pretty close.

Our local Toyota dealer was kind enough to post a photo of one the color I was thinking of in his website this morning.

No mention of the name of the color but it might be a place to start looking. When I painted the truck the red it is in my avatar my wife and I cruised the new car lots in town during the day and at night to see the colors in the daylight and under the lights.
