reverse manual valve body
does anyone on here run reverse valve body on the steering column? i have a b+m pro stick and a bench seat and the shifter is way to low. i started to make a console but it looks crapy.. any ideals

I would try and make a riser for your shifter. I ran a standard pattern valve body on the column for several years and it was kind of a pain. The ratchet style shifter is much better way to go imo. You don't have to worry about going into the next gear. You could always get a B&M Mega Shifter for trucks with a higher base. That's what I have and it works good.

thanks for the info redsled87, ill check out the mega shifter, i'm thinking of trying to fab a mount off the seat frame but that would bring the cable way up off the floor . dang if you do,dang if you don't

mine sat too low as well so i made this fully adjustable platform for the shifter to get it up higher. you might be able to do something similar. mine has a tci manual forward valve body.

I also made a riser to get the shifter to were i was comfortable .
Thats a wild looking riser dbmx66.

I want to put a cage in my son's truck and build a shifter mount off the dash bar. I have seen a sexy one on here that someone built.
