Re: New "Pasture" Find 1971 Blazer 2wd
Hate to see you get rid of it over something like electrical problems.

Re: New "Pasture" Find 1971 Blazer 2wd
I kidda hated to sell it. I only bought it in the first place to prevent it from going to the crusher. I decided I was going to drive it a little while until I could sale it, but I never got it safe enough to drive. I had put a used trans in it, brakes all the way around, rubber brake hoses and one steel line. I had replaced both rear wheel cylinders only to find out it need a power brake booster. It was nickeling and diming me to death just to get it to be a drivable vehicle. The electric problems along with the brake booster was the final straw, sometimes when you get mad you make rash decisions. The Blazer deserved to be rebuilt completely and the guy who bought says he is going to use the frame and another body to make a good looking Blazer. I hope so.
