my new truck
well here it is i hope to have it at my house next week, i will be wanting to add the normal things like P/S A/C and pwr brakes, on that note how is it converting to disk brakes and pwr steering, i'm sure i will be asking many more ?? so get ready !!

now i need to sell some of my other projects , i will be posting my 55 chevy truck series 5700 soon i just need to take some pictures, i also need to sell my 25 f--d rat/hot rod project, but that will be on another forum
i'm always moving things around so i have room for my wife to say WTF are you bringing home now. oh this ole thing lol |

Welcome to the forum
 That's a nice C30. My '66 C30 is white also, but no where near that nice. Converting a C30 to PS and disc brakes is really no different than converting a C10 or C20. You will just need to find '71-'87 C30 parts for a donor.

yeah it will be like xmas morning. the truck will be at my house at 7 am, i feel i got it for a great price and i look forrward to holding on to it for many years, and so what if it does not get the MPG as the new trucks, but then again im not starting off at 45K to get better MPG and i will be driving a cool truck.
i figure i could put about 2K into this and have a great driver. i will try to take many pictures and keep up to date on my progress. |
