I'm giving away the original closed knuckle Dana 44 from my 1966 K10. It is complete and looks to be in good working order. I haven't pulled it apart to closely inspect.

Its currently located in Corona. Local pick up only. FREE!

Grab it before it goes for scrap!

Did you replace yours? I'm looking to replace mine in my burb. Any pics or info on the swap?

I did swap this out of my 66 in favor of one from a 73 blazer with disk brakes. I have just a few photos on my build thread here: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=453897

Its pretty straight fwd. Remove steering, brake lines and axle. Then unbolt the U-bolts and swap them over. You'll need new brake hoses that use a banjo bolt fitting and also the link from the pitman arm to the steering arm may need to be modified depending if you are using manual or power steering box.

I certainly would have but your a day too late! I already took it in for scrap because no one would take it after many months of listing it. Sorry!
