One Piece Front End

Does anyone know of a build that demonstrates or shows the how to's of a one piece front end in steel?

Re: One Piece Front End

Don't know of one on here. But back in the 1990's there was a yellow 55/56 gmc in SoCal that had a full steel flip with a motorized action. It was unique because he had all his bumper components and the lower ends of fenders were not slash cut. It was well executed and not flimsy like so many others I've seen.

If you build one, think about making it so that you pull it forward then tilt it. That way you don't have to cut the fenders. Just make sure you tell the wife not to park too close. I'm sure you could invent your own method of mounting it. (tube in a tube for instance and some bracing).
