Trying to pay it foward. Free new tan dash pad
A few days ago a friends from the board saw an WTB ad that I had had up for a while with no luck. He told me he had one and if I still needed it, it was mine for the taking. Since that was one of the coolest things I've had happen when messing with old trucks, I thought I would try and pay it word as I dig thru my stash. This item I'm giving away is a brand new lt saddle or tan dash pad. I bought it for another project that someone bought too soon. LOL. Please don't say you need it and then turnit for a profit, I'm doing this in the same spirit Pete helped me in, he knew I needed it and sent it on to me. So if your truck is begging for a new dash pad. Post on the ad. As I get further along in cleaningout my garage I'll post some more stuff up. You are a gentleman and a scholar, Pete. Thanks again.

This is what makes this site the best. We should start a payit forward thread. Get something free give somethiing free deal. That would be cool.

Re: Trying to pay it foward. Free new tan dash pad
That's awesome of you laplander!
A while back I posted a question on how to plumb a fuel return line on the original tank for the '65, to run fuel injection. Fellow member 'turbostar' from Ruidoso said I have the tank you need... already set up. Yours for the taking. Props to him!!! It's in the truck now... Just recently, after posting a WTB ad for a steering wheel adapter, pseudopimp from Las Cruces sent me one for nada. Great people on here and if I have anything to pay it forward, I'll do it...

Re: Trying to pay it foward. Free new tan dash pad
Don't know if anything or what is up with laplander but I haven't heard from him in a while. I really hope he is OK but I also hope this wasn't his idea of pulling a cruel joke.
